We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will not be liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs processes, or events beyond our control.
Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We ship from Spain and may ship to other EU countries. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for shipments within the EU are included in the displayed price where required by law.

You and GS Archive agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, for the resolution of any disputes.
